The Eucharistic Ministers are a group of lay people who assist the priest at all weekend Masses, Holy Days and holidays to distribute the precious Body and Blood of Christ. Some Eucharistic Ministers also take Communion to the sick/homebound, hospitals and nursing homes. This is an appointed position but names can be submitted to the Pastor. The Eucharistic Ministers work on a rotating schedule for weekend Masses and volunteer for duty for Holy Days and holiday Masses.
